"Struggle for Human Rights"

If you are considering presenting a topic related to this issue on Wednesday, 25 May, you must inform me of your specific topic by Tuesday, 17 May so I can provide Mr. Del Re with this information. Remember, you will be "generously" rewarded with extra-credit if you do so. (Maximum of two students for each presentation/topic) You must also present the topic to me for my approval/guidance. (37 1/2 minutes)

Textbook Return

Please bring your textbook to class on Monday, 16 May (D Band) and on Tuesday, 17 May (A and B Bands). We will visit the book room and "swap-it" for The Crucible.
Celebratory Breakfast postponed until Week of 23 May.

The Review begins... I changed this blog entry posted 2 weeks . Please click on the link for a "visual" review of course content.

I will do my part in preparing you for the examination-in-class reviews and after school tutorials. I should NOT have to motivate you-although I do have my concerns. How many times have I urged you to visit the AP Language and Composition Home Page for the purpose of examining student essays with the AP Readers' commentary? (Yet, so many have NOT complied with this directive!) The following link will provide a review (Please be patient-the presentation takes time to load): http://prezi.com/hjsulnn4kknb/rhetoric/

An Extra-Day of Tutoring for the AP Language and Composition Exam has been added to the schedule. We will meet on Saturday, 7 May, from 0900 to 1100 hours. I will supply the coffee and donuts (while the supplies last). You do not have to stay for the entire two hours.
