At approximately 11:30 on Wednesday, you were directed to walk as a class to the Preforming Arts Center (PAC). Unfortunately, many of you elected not to report and decided to leave the school's premises. You did not have the option to do so since technically D-Band terminates at 11:48, regardless of any appointments you may have had. Failure to report to the PAC will result in a SPECIAL assignment to be given on Thursday, 28 April. Please be advised that I did take attendance and remained in the facility until the end of the program. Furthermore, I indicated that we would sit as a class-so do not make up any excuses that you sat with another class-I walked up and down the aisle attempting to locate students from the class. I am aware that several of you indicated that a parent was picking you up for an appointment. This does not excuse you from walking to the PAC and then being dismissed from that location with my permission! Kindly bring a note from a parent indicating the reason for your absence/non-appearance in the special assembly program. Please be advised that I will follow-up any excuse with a phone call home. This may or may not excuse you from the SPECIAL assignment since D-Band was still in session when you departed without my permission to do so. In fact, you may be referred to the Dean's Office for Disciplinary action!
